3. Payments & Fees
Services are billed according to the terms described in your project proposal, including any one-time setup fees and recurring monthly fees. Recurring monthly fees are charged until the service agreement is cancelled in accordance with its terms.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and content needed to complete your project in a timely manner, and to ensure you have the rights to any materials, text, or images you supply. Delays in providing required materials may affect delivery timelines.
5. Intellectual Property
Once your project is paid in full, you own the final website design and content we create for you. Site Forge retains the right to use non-confidential project details in our portfolio and marketing unless otherwise agreed.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel ongoing services according to the terms of your agreement. Please contact us to discuss cancellation, refund eligibility, and any applicable notice periods.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Site Forge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services in question.
